Robotics Camp

Overview

The Robotics Camp is designed for students who want to improve their English language skills through intensive English classes and experience hands-on learning to grow their understanding of science, technology, engineering, and math. The program curriculum offers an innovative language learning that incorporates real-world language use and a series of robotics workshop-style courses designed to develop student’s passion and skills in robotics, coding, programming, problem solving, scientific inquiry, teamwork, and engineering.

DATES: Offered All year (groups only)
DURATION: 2 weeks

  • 18 hours per week of English classes at Valencia College
  • 18 hours per week of robotics workshop-style courses at Valencia College
  • Programming tools and Lego Mindstorm Kit (Students will not be able to keep the Robotics kits that they use)
  • Paid host family accommodation in single or double room, with breakfast and dinner during the week and all meals on weekends and holidays
  • Airport Transfer on arrival and departure
  • Daily transportation to and from school
  • Medical & Liability insurance
  • SIM Card with American number
  • Program certificate
  • ExchangeMate full-time support
  • Airline ticket
